Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. We've designed this page to answer many of the questions our customers often ask us. We hope it serves as a valuable resource, giving you the information you need as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer two (2) shipping services. 1 for domestic (USA) and 1 for International orders outside of USA.

Domestic: USPS Media Mail

International: DHL International

How Long Will It Take Process My Order?

1 Business Day (Monday - Friday). All orders that are received before 11am pacific standard time generally ship the same business day.  Any order received after 11am pacific standard time, will ship the following business day.  Orders that are missing info (ie. billing address is wrong) and large money value orders may require extra-verification and will add to this processing time.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

USPS Media Mail 2-8 business days plus fulfillment time.

DHL Express (International) 7-10 business days plus fulfillment time.

Do You Offer Overnight Shipping?

Currently we only ship USPS Media Mail for domestic orders and DHL Express for International orders outside of the United States.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Can I have my order shipped to an address that is different than my billing address?

Yes, we do require the correct billing address along with phone number that is documented with your credit card provider.   Vinyl Athlete Records will not ship your order without proper billing information.

Can I Combine Multiple Orders?

No, this will cause a delay, as well as shipping errors, and credit card mischarges. Please make sure you have ordered everything you want before you complete your order.

Can I Change My Order Or Shipping Address After It Has Been Placed?

Unfortunately no! Please make sure to have all order information accurate at the time of placing your order.

Do You Have Everything I'm Ordering In Stock?

With the exception of Pre-Order items available for sale, yes all inventory is available, live and ready to ship.
